AMX NetLinx C-Bus Enabled

AV Technology Pty Ltd, the Australian distributor for AMX, located on the Gold Coast in Queensland has successfully added a C-Bus Interface to the AMX NetLinx Automation Controller. AV Technology offers a range of Automation Solutions for the Australian and New Zealand markets.

AMX NetLinx interfaces to C-Bus for Lighting & Load Control including scenes as well as control & monitoring of C-Bus Enabled Security systems. This C-Bus Enabled Control Device can monitor and control the activity on multiple C-Bus networks across single C‑Bus Network Bridges. AMX NetLinx can be configured to operate with up to 2,000 C-Bus Group Addresses.

The C-Bus interface to the AMX Netlinx has come about with AV Technology joining the C-Bus Enabled Program. There is also the reciprocal arrangement with Clipsal Integrated Systems joining the AMX InConcert Partner Program.

This development by AV Technology further increases the number of products available that operate on C-Bus widening the functional possibilities that can be achieved.
